How Lil Baby Reacted To 2020 Traffic Stop
The viral video shows the ‘Do We Have A Problem’ rapper and police officer calmly interacting. After the officer explained why he was pulled Lil Baby over, the entertainer said, “Man, I’m a celebrity. Man, nobody can’t see me through my tint. Give me my ticket. Let me ride.”
The law enforcement official then claimed to have no idea he was speaking to one of the biggest names in hip hop. The 29-year-old said, “It don’t matter. Just give me my ticket. Just let me ride,” he repeated before continuing, “I can’t have nobody seeing me right here. Imma let my window up.”
The officer walked back to his patrol car and later presented the rap superstar with a ticket. He also explained what percentage of tint was legal in Atlanta. Lil Baby then said, “Y’all giving folks tickets knowing that the economy down.”
“Now who are you?” the officer eventually asked. My name “Lil Baby” the rapper said. Without reacting to his response, the law official asked him to sign the ticket. “Got a pen?” Baby asked.
He grabbed a pen from the officer and began to sign the ticket on the dashboard. Before “The Bigger Picture” rapper began writing, he said, “Gotta have tints in Atlanta. These folks crazy.” He added, “I’ll take a ticket before I have somebody follow me home.”
The officer then began to explain ways he could legally have dark tints in ATL. Watch the full interaction below.
