Scott Wolf and Wife Kelley Moving Forward With Divorce
Scott Wolf and his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, confirmed they are still moving forward with their divorce after a rocky year.
“Since early spring, we have been home together as a family, focusing on healing, rebuilding, and finding stability after an extraordinarily difficult season,” the pair told Us in a statement on Wednesday, September 16. “After much care, consideration, and reflection, we have decided to move forward with our divorce.”
Scott, 58, and Kelley, 49, explained, “Our hearts are heavy, but they are also filled with gratitude for the years we spent together, for all that we shared and built, for our loving marriage and, most of all, for our incredible children.”
The estranged couple, who share sons Jackson, 17, and Miller, 13, and daughter Lucy, 12, noted that the decision came after support from their inner circle and fans.
“To everyone who has supported us and sent love and prayers for the healing of our family, we are deeply grateful,” the statement concluded. “We now move forward into this next chapter, guided by love as coparents to our children and by our shared commitment to the best and brightest future for our family.”
Scott and Kelley announced their separation in June 2025 after more than two decades together.
“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife, Kelley,” Scott said in a statement to People at the time. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
Kelley addressed the breakup via her own statement on social media, writing, “It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage. This has been a long, quiet journey for me — rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.”
After filing for divorce in June 2025, Scott was granted temporary sole custody of his and Kelley’s three children.
At the same time, Kelley was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold after reports that she had been behaving erratically. Scott was later granted a temporary protective order against the actress after she allegedly shared his phone number via social media.
Kelley was arrested in August 2025 on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information after allegedly sharing confrontational social media posts about the Doc actor.

Us confirmed earlier this year that Scott’s restraining order against Kelley was dropped. The pair reunited for the first time publicly in February for a family outing.
“While it’s impossible to go into any real detail about much of any of it, I love all of those four people and all of those four people love each other,” Scott told People in a statement after the group trip to Universal Studios. “And so that’s really what matters most.”
Six months later, Kelley issued a public apology to her loved ones, revealing it had been a year since “I recognized what everyone around me could see: I was not well, and I needed help.”
She wrote in a lengthy Instagram statement in August that she “felt like my brain had been hijacked, and the world was moving at the speed of a freight train.”
Kelley explained that after working with “doctors, therapists, psychologists and healers,” she was “diagnosed as breakthrough drug-induced mania with psychosis.”
She noted that the episode had “never happened before” and was caused by “stress, past trauma, hormonal shifts and hallucinogens mixed with prescribed medications.”
Kelley then directed her statement to Scott, praising him for sticking by her during a “nightmare” that she described as “brutal.”
“[To] Scott and my kids, there won’t be a day that I don’t thank God for you. Causing you pain and being the reason you suffered will haunt me for the rest of my life,” she concluded. “It was my job to protect you, honor you and keep you safe, and I became the cause of your heartbreak. I am sorry. You never gave up on me, and you fought like hell until you landed me in safe harbor. I owe you my life.”
