Suspect shot Jewish man walking to synagogue, allegedly shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ before police shootout: report

A Jewish man was shot in Chicago while walking to synagogue by a gunman who allegedly screamed “Allahu Akbar,” according to reports.
Sidi Mohamed Abdallahi, 22, was arrested following a shootout with police on Saturday morning in Chicago’s West Ridge neighborhood, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.


The victim, a 39-year-old Orthodox Jewish man, survived the attack.
