Ryan Garcia’s boxing career has taken another huge jab.

WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman announced Thursday that the 25-year-old has been expelled by the organization after it appeared the boxer went on a rant in which he used the N-word and invoked the Ku Klux Klan.

“Exercising my authority as president of the WBC, I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization,” Sulaiman wrote on X. “We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being as he has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse.”

The announcement came shortly after Garcia purportedly used the N-word and said he was the “KKK” amid a racist conversation on X Spaces that included multiple voices and also discussed George Floyd, who was murdered by Minneapolis police in 2020.

Garcia wrote on X before that suspension came out that he was “trolling,” though it was unclear if he was referring to the conversation on Spaces.

“Also I was trolling I want all the killing to stop Humanity needs to stop killing people I love everyone sorry if I offended you,” he wrote in one post.

“Yall gotta understand pain, deep pain by every race Bruh im hurting Love yall have a great day,” he added in another.

It’s been a tumultuous year for the controversial boxer who defeated WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney at Barclays Center in April.

That fight in June was changed to a no-contest after Garcia was suspended for one year by the New York State Athletic Commission for positive performance-enhancing drug tests that came to light after the bout.

He was also fined $10,000 by NYSAC.

On June 8, Garcia was also arrested for felony vandalism after the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills, California alleged he caused $15,000 in property damage, according to multiple outlets.
