Great. So we’re here to chat obviously about this morning’s big news. Two companies are intending to merge. I know it’s a very big crowd in the audience today. I’d like to thank everybody for joining, but I also want to let you guys know how today is going to work. First, Rick and Shawn are going to go over a deck outlining the proposed merger, then I’ve got some questions for them. Then we have a couple of select questions from analysts who are joining us today, but then this is an open forum. So there’s a chat button on the bottom right of the screen where you can ask questions at any point during today’s event.
