Aaron Rodgers revels in speculation of his self-made enigma
Conversations with Aaron Rodgers are … interesting.
They’re like a mind game, a dance, a light-hearted sparring session. And they usually consist of a good dose of coy and with a healthy side of read-between-the-lines innuendo.
With two games remaining for the 4-11 Jets, beginning with Sunday’s game at the Bills, the primary intrigue surrounds whether these are the final two games of Rodgers’ career with the Jets (likely) or even his career (less likely).
Rodgers won’t say whether he hopes to continue playing beyond this season, saying he’ll think about it in the offseason and make a decision. This is his absolute right and the smart thing to do.
