    What to watch in September:

the angels— On the Red Carpet is teasing new shows and movies premiering in September, including The Haunting of Venice, The Creator, Golden Bachelor and more.

“The Haunting of Venice” is the most terrifying suspense novel ever written by the famous detective Hercule Poirot.

Tina Fey is part of an all-star cast that includes Michelle Yeoh, Jamie Dornan and Kelly Reilly.

The film is the third Poirot film from director Kenneth Branagh, who stars as mystery novelist Agatha Christie’s famous detective.

“You’re going to be scared,” Branagh said. “I promise, even if you think you’ve got it, I think you’ll find it pleasantly surprising from beginning to end.”

Haunted Venice premieres only in theaters on September 15.

That will be followed by John David Washington’s sci-fi thriller “The Creator,” about a future war between humans and artificial intelligence, which opens on Sept. 29.

Bachelor in Paradise will return to ABC this September with a new Bachelor spinoff, Bachelor of Gold.

Widower Gerry Truner wants to prove you’re never too old to fall in love again.

“I’ve been married and happily married for many years, and I knew I wasn’t going to find the same thing,” Turner said. “I’m willing to find a new love.”

“Golden Bachelor” premieres September 28 on ABC.

Also this September, The Little Mermaid debuted on Disney+ alongside new episodes of I Am Groot.
