He also talked about discounts and advertising, saying online platforms offer discounts based on margins of partner retailers, and cross-selling and up-selling help retain patients. Regarding data protection, he assured that online platforms follow strict guidelines and store patient data securely in India. He called for industry-wide solutions rather than just targeting online platforms.
