Chao has experience building, developing and leading cross-functional teams for organizations in industries including SaaS, payments, media and telecommunications, industrial manufacturing and distribution, and energy. He is a distinguished alumnus of the Reade McCombs School of Business and the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Austin.
