Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) has signed a Major Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) with the US government represented by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) in Yokosuka. This is a non-financial agreement. MDL is one of two shipyards in the country that signed up to MSRA. The agreement is expected to open up in-flight maintenance of US Navy ships at MDL.
Exide Industries has invested over Rs 100 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary Exide Energy Solutions Ltd through a rights issue. Exide Energy is dedicated to the manufacture of advanced chemical batteries.
Shemaroo Entertainment said CGST and Central Excise conducted a search operation on the company’s premises on September 5. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) will inject around Rs 15,000 crore into ONGC Petroaddings Ltd (OPaL) as part of a financial restructuring exercise that will see gas utility GAIL squeezed out of the petrochemical company. ONGC currently holds a 49.36% stake in OPaL, which operates a major petrochemical plant in Dahej, Gujarat. GAIL (India) Ltd owns 49.21% and Gujarat State Petrochemical Corp (GSPC) owns the remaining 1.43%.

Carbon credit developer EKI Energy Services (EKI) plans to release financial results for the June and March quarters by Sept. 20, a senior official said on Thursday. The company’s managing director Manish Dabraka told PTI that the results will be presented to the exchange.
AVAADA Group said on Thursday it has signed an agreement with Tata Steel Special Economic Zone Limited (TSSEZL) to set up a green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing plant in Odisha. The plant will be built at the Gopalpur Industrial Park in the Ganjam district of Odisha.

STL has invested in a fiber optic technology manufacturing facility in Lugoff, South Carolina, with end-to-end advanced automation. TruVista is investing more than $12 million in rural broadband, a significant portion of which will be earmarked for South Carolina.
