Index outlook: Nifty 50, Sensex: Strong support ahead
The Nifty 50 and Sensex are continuing to struggle to rise. Although the index edged higher in the first half of the week, it failed to secure a strong follow-through. Both indexes fell sharply towards the weekend, giving up all of their gains for the week. Sensex and Nifty have been falling for the past five weeks. However, as mentioned last week, the rate of decline has been slow. Therefore, the recent decline is only a correction in the overall uptrend. Support is about to appear, and the index may resume its overall upward trend in the future.
