BAYSIDE, Queens (WABC) — A possible road rage incident on the Long Island Expressway is under investigation.
Someone fired shots at another vehicle near Exit 32 in Bayside around midnight Sunday.
According to police, the victim’s car was traveling too slowly and the suspect drove around the car and shot at the car before speeding away.
The driver attempted to chase the man, but then turned around, onto a service road, and called 911.
The driver is expected to be OK.
Police are still searching for the gunman.
