    Newport Beach Film Festival announces 91-film lineup

    Newport Beach Film Festival announces 91-film lineup

    Angels—— The Newport Beach Film Festival (NBFF) is back for its 24th annual festival and better than ever. The lineup will include 91 films from 19 different countries and backgrounds.

    NBFF attracts more than 50,000 attendees annually, making it the largest international film event on the Southern California coast, spotlighting films from Canada, China, Germany, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, South Korea and Sweden.

    “When you really celebrate each other and get excited and say, ‘I love what you do, I see you, I love your work,'” said Stephanie Hsu, who attended last year’s festival. marvelous”.

    Some of the year’s other highlights include 14 world premieres, including one for Damian Harris, Jared Harris and Nicholas Hamilton Brave the Dark. In addition, the film lineup includes 6 North American premieres, 15 West Coast premieres and 5 Southern California premieres.

    In addition to numerous premieres and screenings taking place October 12-19, NBFF will host a variety of other events. These include a conversation and book signing with Rainn Wilson on October 14, a retrospective screening of In the Name of the Father with director Jim Sheridan on October 15, and food on October 17 Reception and Q&A session.&A teamed up with interior design expert Bobby Berk. More events will be announced closer to the festival.
