Meghan Markle makes her debut at the 2023 Invincible Games.
After traveling from Los Angeles, the Duchess of Sussex reunited with husband Prince Harry in Dusseldorf, Germany on Tuesday, where she met with friends and family of this year’s contestants.
For the reception, the mom-of-two looked stylish in a black pleated shirt dress from Banana Republic, which she paired with matching heels.
She wore a friendship beaded bracelet on her wrist that read “I am invincible,” a motto for international sporting events.
Markle, 42, was all smiles as she took the stage with her husband to deliver a speech and apologized for missing the opening ceremony.

“It’s so special to be here and I’m sorry I’m a little late to the party,” she said on “Hello!” Magazine.
“Like many of you, we know this is about family and friends and the community Invictus creates…so I had to take a little extra time to get our kids settled in our home,” she continued.
“Buying milkshakes, delivering them to school, and then I landed a few hours ago. I’m so excited to be with you all at the first Invictus event.”

Markle also ended her speech with another sweet nod to her two children: son Archie Harrison, 4, and daughter Lilibet Diana, 2.
“Wishing you the best time, we’re cheering for you and we can’t wait to bring our kids so they can experience how great this is,” she said. “Thank you very much.”
Before taking the stage, the “Suits” actor was photographed happily greeting and hugging fellow competitors including Glorie Essien, whom the outlet reported Markle called her “Nigerian sister.”

On Saturday, Harry, 38, kicked off the sixth annual Invincible Games, which honors injured, sick and injured service men and women.
