The total number of shares represented in person or by proxy was 28,686,395 shares (approximately 65.24% of the issued and outstanding common shares as of July 25, 2023 (the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting and vote at the meeting) %)During the meeting. The director candidates attending this meeting were duly elected as members of the mdf commerce board of directors with more than half of the votes cast by the shareholders present or entrusted with their representatives.
