Cougar Shoes partners with Michelin Soles
The collaboration introduces footwear designed specifically for women with true outdoor performance—these boots are rated to –40°C/-40°F. “I’m excited to launch our Michelin styles, which offer hybrid winter boots that blend winter technology with outdoor fashion-forward style,” said Cougar President Steve Sederbauer.
The Michelin Sole Collection includes three luxury sport hybrid styles available in directional colors, from runway-inspired Roden to the softest of pearls and almonds. They’re lightweight, feature a non-slip Michelin sole, and feature a stylish silhouette, along with a sculpted design for traction and tread spacing for flexibility. In fact, the winter technology used in the sole provides excellent traction on ice, snow and slippery surfaces for excellent traction and stability in cold conditions. The sole was developed directly inspired by Michelin’s high-performance tires to provide maximum comfort and long-lasting performance.
