Discussions covered various aspects of security provided by CISF, its scope of services, and its vision for the future. The Director-General elaborated on the CISF’s role in protecting industrial facilities, airports, subway systems, etc., emphasizing the force’s contribution to economic development and national security. The conversation also touched on the integration of technologies, including drones and cybersecurity, while discussing emerging threats. The Director-General explained how CISF is addressing these challenges and working with other agencies to ensure preparedness and effective response.

When asked about the CISF’s role in fire safety, especially in tall buildings and the changing urban landscape, DG highlighted the importance of training and skills development, and referred to initiatives to improve fire safety standards across the city.
